When should I expect my shipment?
We do our best to get your products shipped out as soon as possible! Please allow 24-48hrs from the date of order placement for processing. Orders placed on holidays and Weekends will ship on Monday. Standard delivery time takes 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped by UPS and USPS; you also could call our customer service department and choose your carrier at 1-866-376-0506.
A signature is required on all orders over $200.
Do you ship international?
Unfortunately we don’t ship international at this time.
We currently ship to all states, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not ship to Canada.
Do you charge extra fees for P.O BOX, APO/FPO addresses?
Yes you might be charged extra fee for P.O BOX, APO/FPO addresses, all orders shipped to AK, HI and PR DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping. All P.O. Box/APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS. If you abbreviate your P.O. BOX address and the order comes back to Signature Style Salon through UPS, you are responsible for the additional charges and the original shipping charges will be not refunded.
Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address does not match or package is undeliverable and the package is returned to Signature Style Salon, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to your card. If you would like the package re-sent again, additional shipping charges will be applied. Please be advice that your responsible for any extra fees UPS, USPS charge for incorrect address or change of address.
What does Pending Shipment Mean?
Pending shipment means that the ordering process is complete and your package is in our warehouse, labeled and ready for pick up. Once the carrier arrives (USPS, UPS) and scans your order, your statues will change to shipped. If you have further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at 866-376-0506. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If damage to your Signature Style Salon shipment occurred or tracking information says your package is lost, please keep the original packaging materials and immediately contact your shipping provider. (UPS or USPS).
Examples of Damaged Shipments:
Cracked or broken items
Products received frozen
Crushed boxes or jet puffs
Visibly tampered with packages
If you received one of the above problem packages, please follow these steps:
You have 24 hours to report a damaged package. Please review their sites for further instructions.
Please request a Damage Inspection report from the shipping provider.
Please request that your shipping provider return the package to Signature Style Salon if we are found responsible.
Signature Style Salon will be responsible for (if rest of package is unharmed):
items with missing caps
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed orders can no longer be adjusted or cancelled. We understand there might be a change of aspect and wish to cancel your order. Our Customer service department will do their best to accommodate all your needs.
